The location of Quintessa Hotel Tokyo Ginza was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk from the nearest subway station. We loved the convenience of having free coffee and tea available in the lobby 24/7, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The self-service laundromat and vending machines were also a nice touch. And having a café on the first floor that offered breakfast, coffee, and cakes was a great way to start the day. The room itself was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, great to get a good night's sleep. our week-long stay was enjoyable.
Although the room was generally comfortable, we found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable, a minor inconvenience for my family. it would have been more convenient if there were more wall sockets available for charging our devices and plugging in an air purifier.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's just a short walk to Higashiginza station and close to many shops and dining options. The room and bathroom are modern and clean, and the staff is outstanding. Plus, they offer free coffee and tea at the lobby, a great perk for guests.
The price for the type of room and services offered is on the higher side.
